Favorites Survey!

Man, I just made it!  I was about to do the ultimate blog no no... let alone post twice in one day, I was about to post twice in one hour!  Not only have I spaced it out into another hour, that hour has now changed the day!  Crisis averted.  I'm linking up again with Latoya from Flying into First Grade for her Let's get Acquainted linky.  I am LOVING this linky!  I feel like I am just making more and more blogger friends, so I thank you Latoya.  This week is favorites and that is actual tricky for me because I am a lover of LOTS of things instead of just one, but I shall do my best!

Favorite Place to Shop: I guess it depends on what I'm shopping for but it is a toss up between Amazon/Barnes and Noble (for Kindle or books) or Kohl's.  See I told you I'm bad at this!? LOL  I feel like I can get anything I need at Kohl's and it's always a style that I love or can go with our home.  If you've been following me, you know I'm a bookaholic and the BN is like a second home to me.

Favorite TV Show:  I LOVE Psych!  I could (and do) watch that show all the time!  Reruns and new episodes.  Shawn and Gus never fail to make me laugh and I like a good mystery :o)

Favorite Sweet Treat:  This one is as easy as PIE!!!!  Banana Cream Pie is my ultimate favorite!  One thing I love about this is that everyone makes it differently and it still tastes amazing!  My husband makes this whipped version that is to die for and I feel less guilty while eating it.  Then the Cheesecake Factory has put their own spin on it with my second favorite dessert (cheesecake, obviously) and has made the Banana Cream Cheesecake which is like the pie and cheesecake had a beautiful, beautiful baby! Surprisingly though, the pie is still my favorite.

Favorite Food: That's tough but it would have to be anything Italian.  Pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, chicken parm, anything Italian!

Favorite Restaurant:  Another easy one.  My favorite restaurant is called The Colorado Fondue Company.  It is similar to the Melting Pot in that it is fondue but instead of cooking your meat in a pot of oil you cook it on a super hot rock, like 400 degrees hot!  They have killer garlic rolls (that's how I judge restaurants, is by their bread) and a southwest salad with chipotle ranch dressing, all their cheeses are to die for, and the meat is seasoned and delicious.  Don't even get me started on their desserts.  They bring you this poo-poo platter of rice krispie treats, brownies, pound cake, bananas, strawberries, pretzels, etc. and you dip it into a decadent chocolate deliciousness that is heaven.  Now, the downside for most of you is that it is only in Orlando, FL.  But if you ever visit, take a break from Disney for a night and go eat there!  It is family friendly and the atmosphere is like a little lodge/cabin, cute and cozy.  And you get to take pictures with a Moose (don't judge, this was St. Patrick's Day last year and our family has a thing for mustaches, lol)!  Man, they need to hire me to promote for them! Haha ;o)

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend and a happy Easter!  Now I'm off to bed, for real this time.  Night y'all!

  2. Hiya Sabra. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.

Colorado Fondue?! Why do we not have anything like that here? That sounds pretty entertaining. By the way, I judge by bread rolls too...

  4. Soooo cute! I love your blog! I am super jealous of this Fondue restaurant you speak of. I too judge the value of a restaurant on their bread. I mean it really is a necessity to have delicious bread......

Too bad I live in TEXAS and therefore don't make it to Orlando on a regular basis. :(

I think I too must committ the cardinal sin of double posting BUT it is for a good cause---- Farley's MONTHLY linky happens to start the same day that this linky needs to posted. :) I'm just gonna go for it!
